Each 5 ml solution contains
Zinc sulfate monohydrate USP equivalent to elemental Zinc 10 mg;
Thiamin hydrochloride USP 5 mg;
Riboflavin-5 phosphate sodium USP equivalent to riboflavin 2 mg;
Pyridoxine hydrochloride USP 2 mg;
Nicotinamide USP 20 mg.
