CaniShot DHPP (Live freeze-dried combined DHPP vaccine)
Canine distemper virus (CDV strain Onderstepoort)
Canine adenovirus type 2 (CAV-2 strain Manhattan)
Canine parvovirus (CPV strain 780916-LP)
Canine parainfluenza virus (CPiV strain D008)

CaniShot Lepto (Leptospira inactivated vaccine)
Leptospira canicola &
Leptospira icterohaemorrhagiae

Indications

Active immunization against Canine Distemper (D) and Parvovirus (P).
Protection against Infectious Canine Hepatitis (H) caused by CAV-1 and CAV-2.
Prevention of Leptospira infection (canicola and icterohaemorrhagiae).
Immunization against Canine Parainfluenza (Pi).
Used in primary and booster vaccination protocols for dogs and puppies.

Mechanism of Action

The modified live viral components (DHPP) replicate briefly in the host, mimicking natural infection without causing disease. This triggers a strong, sustained cell-mediated and humoral immune response. The inactivated bacterial components (Leptospira) do not replicate but provide enough antigen to stimulate the production of opsonizing and neutralizing antibodies (IgG). Together, these two mechanisms create comprehensive protection, preparing the dog's immune system to neutralize or eliminate the virulent pathogens upon future exposure.

Benefits

Comprehensive protection against five major canine diseases in one injection.
Modified Live Virus fraction typically provides robust and long-lasting immunity.
Reduces the risk of severe, life-threatening viral and bacterial infections.
Convenient administration due to the combined single-dose format.
Essential for dogs with high exposure risk to Leptospira serovars.
