INTA-O-TOX

Toxin Binder
Poultry & Swine
Powder

Composition

Multi-component blend including:
Hydrated Sodium Calcium Aluminosilicate (HSCAS): 40%; Activated Bentonite Clay: 25%; Yeast Cell Wall (Saccharomyces cerevisiae): 20%; Zeolite: 10
Organic Acids (Propionic & Formic): 5%
Formulated for high affinity and low nutrient interference.

Indications

INTATOX is indicated for poultry exposed to:
Mycotoxin-contaminated feed (aflatoxins, ochratoxins, fumonisins, zearalenone, T-2).
Endotoxins from bacterial overgrowth or poor feed quality.
Reduced performance, immunosuppression, or increased mortality due to toxin stress

Mechanism of Action

INTATOX employs adsorption and modification:
Inorganic clays (HSCAS, bentonite, zeolite) form stable complexes with polar mycotoxins, preventing gut absorption and fecal excretion.
Yeast cell walls bind endotoxins via MOS, reducing inflammation and immune suppression.
Organic acids inhibit fungal growth and enhance binder efficacy by lowering gut pH, promoting toxin dissociation without affecting vitamins/minerals.
This multi-action approach detoxifies feed in the GI tract, minimizing systemic toxicity.

Benefits

Toxin Neutralization: Broad-spectrum binding reduces mycotoxin bioavailability by up to 90%, preventing liver/kidney damage.
Performance Improvement: Enhances FCR, weight gain, egg production, and hatchability; lowers mortality.
Gut & Immune Health: Sequesters endotoxins, supports microbiota balance, and boosts immunity.
Nutrient Protection: Minimal interference with vitamins/minerals; antifungal action extends feed shelf life.
Economic Gains: Reduces losses from contaminated feed; safe, residue-free.

Usage & Recommendation

500-1000 g per ton of feed continuously; increase to 2 kg/ton if contamination suspected. Consult veterinarian for toxin level-based dosing.
