Triclabendazole.50 mg
Ivermectin 1 mg
Excipients.q.s

Treatment of acute, sub-acute, and chronic infestations of Liver Fluke (Fasciola).
Control of major Gastrointestinal (GI) Nematodes and Lungworms.
Effective against Ectoparasites like ticks, mites, and lice (Ivermectin).
Eradication of all 3 developmental stages of Fasciola hepatica & Fasciola gigantica.
Reduction of helminth and fluke egg shedding to minimize environmental contamination.

OL GARD delivers two distinct mechanisms of action. Triclabendazole acts by selectively targeting the Liver Fluke (Fasciola), disrupting its energy metabolism and microtubule formation across all stages (early immature, immature, and adult), leading to fluke death. Meanwhile, Ivermectin binds to glutamate-gated chloride channels in the nerve and muscle cells of nematodes and ectoparasites. This causes an increase in chloride ion conductance, resulting in hyperpolarization of nerve cells, leading to paralysis and eventual death of the parasites.

Triclabendazole is highly effective against all fluke stages, unlike standard benzimidazoles.
Ivermectin adds control over key external parasites (Endectocide action).

Cattle/Buffaloes (General ): Calculate based on 10-12 mg Triclabendazole + 0.2 mg Ivermectin per kg b.w.
Oral Drench. Shake well before use.
Sheep & Goats: Calculate based on 10 mg Triclabendazole + 0.2 mg Ivermectin per kg b.w.
