Management of pain associated with joint stiffness or localized arthritis.
Used for pain relief in the ligaments, tendons, and muscles post-trauma.

Mechanism of Action

The therapeutic effect begins with Tolfenamic Acid, which inhibits the Cyclooxygenase (COX) enzyme, preventing the synthesis of inflammatory mediators called prostaglandins. This reduces pain, swelling, and localized heat. The high concentration of Menthol and Methyl Salicylate provides immediate, soothing counter-irritant effects. They modulate superficial pain receptors, creating a cooling sensation that distracts from deeper musculoskeletal pain, while the gel base maximizes contact time for sustained drug absorption.

Benefits

Concentrated provides powerful localized anti-inflammatory action.
Gel base ensures deep penetration and sustained local contact.
Counter-irritants offer immediate cooling and analgesic relief.
Avoids systemic side effects associated with oral or injectable .
Non-greasy formula is easy to apply and minimizes residue.
