MILPOND HYDRO introduces specialized microbial strains (Bacillus, Aspergillus) and enzymes directly into the water and pond bottom. These microbes aggressively degrade complex organic matter (uneaten feed, feces, dead plankton) by secreting high levels of external enzymes (proteases, cellulases). This rapid breakdown prevents the accumulation of sludge and reduces the release of toxic metabolites like ammonia and nitrite. The synergistic action of bacteria and fungi ensures the efficient mineralization of organic carbon, thereby decreasing the overall Biological Oxygen Demand (BOD) and minimizing pond pollution.
