Minonazole nitrate. 2.0 % w/v
Zinc Sulphate. 3.0% w/v

Indications

Treatment of skin infections caused by susceptible bacteria (Pyoderma).
Management of fungal and yeast infections, particularly Malassezia Dermatitis.
Adjunctive therapy for dermatophytosis (ringworm) in dogs and cats.
Used for routine cleansing of skin folds or interdigital areas prone to infection.
Effective against mixed infections (bacterial and fungal/yeast) of the skin.

Mechanism of Action

MICODIN achieves synergistic antimicrobial action. Chlorhexidine Gluconate is a cationic bisguanide that binds strongly to anionic components on the bacterial cell wall, increasing cell permeability and causing the leakage of intracellular materials, leading to bacterial death. Miconazole Nitrate inhibits the synthesis of ergosterol, an essential sterol in the cell membrane of fungi and yeast. This damages the membrane structure, resulting in cell death. The shampoo base ensures prolonged contact time on the skin for maximum efficacy.

Benefits

Neem and Eucalyptus offer natural antimicrobial and repellent benefits.
Avocado and Coconut oils deeply condition, hydrate, and restore coat shine.
