Tablet

Composition

Each tablet contains:
Praziquantel. 50 mg
Pyrantel Pamoate. 144 mg
Fenbendazole. 500 mg

Indications

Treatment and control of all major Tapeworms (e.g., Dipylidium caninum).
Effective against common Roundworms (Toxocara spp.) and Hookworms (Ancylostoma spp.).
Management of Whipworm (Trichuris vulpis) infestations.
Routine deworming of puppies, kittens, and adult animals.
Used for broad-spectrum parasite control in breeding dogs and cats.

Mechanism of Action

The three agents provide simultaneous action against multiple parasite types. Praziquantel rapidly increases the permeability of the parasite's cell membrane to calcium ions, causing severe muscular spasms, paralysis, and disintegration of the tapeworm. Pyrantel Pamoate acts as a depolarizing neuromuscular blocking agent in nematodes, inducing sudden, spastic paralysis. Fenbendazole binds to tubulin, disrupting microtubule formation, which starves the parasite and impairs essential cellular transport. This combined action ensures the death and elimination of the entire parasite burden across different species.

Benefits

Triple-active formula provides the widest spectrum coverage against internal parasites.
Praziquantel ensures complete efficacy against common tapeworm species.
Fenbendazole offers superior action against whipworms and larval stages.
Simple oral dosing for easy administration to pets.
Effective reduction of Zoonotic risk associated with certain parasitic worms.
