Each ml contains :
Permetrin. 2% w/w
Aloe vera. 0.5% w/w

Treatment and control of severe infestations of fleas (Ctenocephalides spp.).
Management of heavy infestations of ticks (Rhipicephalus, Ixodes spp.).
Used for the elimination of lice from the coat of affected animals.
Aids in cleansing and soothing skin irritated by parasite bites and scratching.
Routine bathing for prevention during high-risk parasite seasons.

The shampoo's primary action is neurotoxic against ectoparasites. Permethrin is a pyrethroid that targets the central and peripheral nervous systems of insects and mites. It binds to the voltage-sensitive sodium channels in the nerve membranes. This binding prevents the channels from closing, causing prolonged depolarization and continuous nerve firing, resulting in muscle spasms, paralysis, and rapid death of the parasites. The detergent action of the shampoo base assists in lifting and washing away dead parasites and debris, while Aloe Vera provides concurrent moisturizing and anti-inflammatory relief.

Shampoo: Wet coat thoroughly. Apply shampoo and lather well.
Ensure contact time of 5-10 minutes before rinsing thoroughly with clean water.

Frequency: As recommended by a veterinarian, often 2 times per week initially, then decreasing. Avoid application to cats as Permethrin is highly toxic to felines.
