OXYGRO FA employs a dual-stage oxygen release mechanism. Micro-encapsulated sodium percarbonate provides an immediate, rapid burst of 02 to counteract acute hypoxia. Calcium peroxide provides the sustained, long-term release of 02 at the pond bottom. This constant oxygen supply fuels aerobic bacteria, which in turn accelerate the degradation of organic matter, reducing COD and BOD. Furthermore, enhanced aerobic metabolism efficiently oxidizes toxic H2S and converts ammonia to less toxic nitrate.
