Meloxicam acts as an by preferentially inhibiting the enzyme Cyclooxygenase-2 (COX-2). This targeted inhibition decreases the production of pro-inflammatory prostaglandins from arachidonic acid, which are key mediators of pain and inflammation. By selectively suppressing these inflammatory pathways, Meloxicam delivers powerful analgesic (pain-relieving), anti-inflammatory, and antipyretic (fever-reducing) effects. The oral suspension format ensures high bioavailability and therapeutic drug concentrations are achieved rapidly.

Method: Administer orally, often using a calibrated syringe supplied with the product, directly into the mouth or mixed with a small amount of food.
