ORIDOT

Each ml of suspension contains:
Marbofloxacin. 3 mg
Clotrimazole. 10 mg
Dexamethasone. 0.9 mg

Treatment of otitis externa (ear infections) involving susceptible bacteria and yeast.
Management of localized dermatitis with mixed bacterial and fungal components.
Relief from the severe inflammation, erythema, and pruritus ( Dexamethasone action).
Used in cases where P. aeruginosa or Malassezia are suspected pathogens.
Recommended for treating complex, chronic skin/ear infections.

ORIDOT utilizes three distinct actions. Marbofloxacin is bactericidal, inhibiting bacterial DNA gyrase and topoisomerase IV, preventing replication. Clotrimazole disrupts the synthesis of fungal cell membranes by inhibiting the enzyme 14 alpha-demethylase. Dexamethasone is anti-inflammatory; it blocks the arachidonic acid cascade by inducing lipocortins, thereby preventing the release of inflammatory mediators. This rapid reduction in swelling, pain, and itching allows the antibiotics and antifungals to access and clear the underlying infection.

Dog & Cat:
Ear Canel: Apply 4-8 drops (0.1 to 0.2 ml) into the affected ear, depending on animal size.
Gently massage the base of the ear to ensure distribution.

Frequency: Administer once daily for days, or as directed by a veterinarian.
Do not use if the ear drum is known to be perforated.
