MADURACAZ

Maduramicin 0.75% + Nicarbazin 8%
Double D?fense Against Coccidiosis
Anti-coccidal
Poultry & Swine
Powder

Composition

Each Kg contains:
Maduramicin: 7.5 g (0.75%) + Nicarbazin: 80 g (8%)

Indications

MADURACAZ is indicated for poultry to address:
Coccidiosis caused by Eimeria species (e.g., E. tenella, E. maxima, E. acervulina) in broilers and layers.
Reduced growth or feed efficiency due to mixed coccidial infections.
Prevention and control in high-risk or intensive rearing environments.

Mechanism of Action

MADURACAZ targets coccidial parasites synergistically:
Maduramicin disrupts ion transport across the parasite's cell membrane, inhibiting energy metabolism and halting Eimeria development at the sporozoite and schizont stages.
Nicarbazin interferes with mitochondrial function and pyrimidine synthesis in the parasite, blocking oocyst formation and sporulation.
The dual action reduces parasite replication and gut damage, enhancing overall efficacy.

Benefits

Broad-Spectrum Control: Effectively manages mixed Eimeria infections.
Performance Boost: Improves weight gain and feed conversion ratio (FCR) in broilers.
Gut Health: Minimizes intestinal lesions, supporting nutrient absorption.
Prevention: Provides reliable prophylaxis in high-density flocks.
Synergistic Action: Combines ionophore and chemical modes for enhanced resistance management.

Usage & Recommendation

Poultry: 500 per ton of feed.
