NAYFLEE PLUS uses a dual mode of action. Fipronil is a neurotoxin that non-competitively blocks GABA-gated chloride channels in the central nervous system of adult parasites, causing hyperexcitation and death. S-Methoprene is an Insect Growth Regulator (IGR) that mimics juvenile hormone. It prevents the maturation of flea eggs and larvae, inhibiting development and thus breaking the flea life cycle in the pet's environment. This combination ensures rapid adult knockdown and long-term environmental control.
