DNA Gyrase is crucial for relaxing supercoiled DNA, and its inhibition prevents the bacteria from replicating or repairing its genetic material. This rapid disruption of DNA integrity leads to irreversible damage and the swift death of the bacterial cell, classifying Enrofloxacin as a potent, concentration-dependent killer.
