Helps in emulsification
Helps in digestion & absorption of fat & oil in Poultry feed
Phospholipids commonly known as Lecithin. Lecithin helps the bile salts in fat emulsification. Bigger fat globules are broken down to smaller emulsified droplets. These emulsified droplets give the lipase (Digestive Enzyme) a larger surface area to work on, so it can split the triglycerides in the droplets easily. This enzymatic process breakdown the triglycerides into monoglycerides and fatty acids. Monoglycerides, fatty acids, phospholipids and bile acids forms mixed micelles that are readily absorbed in small intestine.
Ensures better digestibility of fat and availability of energy
Improves absorption of fat soluble vitamins (Vit. A, D, E & K)
Improves absorption of nutrients from the gut
Reduces the loss or wastage of nutrients or fat or oil through indigestion and Improves the FCR & body weight
Better results with any oil
