Excipients.q.s

Indications

Treatment and control of all stages of single-host and multi-host Ticks.
Highly effective against various Lice infestations (biting and sucking).
Used for management of Nuisance and Biting Flies (e.g., horn flies).
Aids in reducing economic losses and disease transmission caused by vectors.
Recommended for routine ectoparasite control via dipping or spraying.

Mechanism of Action

Deltamethrin, a Type II pyrethroid, is a powerful neurotoxin that specifically targets the parasite's voltage-sensitive sodium channels in nerve cell membranes. It irreversibly prevents the closure of these channels, leading to a sustained and massive influx of sodium ions. This causes continuous, high-frequency depolarization, resulting in the rapid and uncontrolled firing of nerve impulses. The result is severe muscle spasms, incoordination, followed by the complete paralysis (knockdown), and death of the ectoparasite.

Benefits

Ultra-high potency means effective control at very low final concentrations.
Rapid knockdown and killing effect on contact parasites.
Provides excellent residual activity on the animal's coat.
Versatile use for dip bath, spray, or pour-on (protocol-dependent).
Cost-effective due to high dilution factor from the concentrate.

Usage & Recommendation

Initial Dip/Spray: 1 ML of TINIX per 1 L of water (Typically12.5 ppm concentration).
Always ensure full wetting of the animal for effective tick control.
Replenishment
Based on tank volume loss and concentration monitoring.
Follow specific manufacturer and veterinary guidelines strictly.
