Mechanism of Action

KISKIN offers four mechanisms. Clobetasol reduces inflammation by inhibiting the release of phospholipase A2 . Ofloxacin is bactericidal, inhibiting bacterial DNA gyrase and topoisomerase IV. Miconazole kills fungi by inhibiting 14 Alpha-demethylase, disrupting cell membrane integrity. Zinc Sulphate promotes healing by acting as an astringent, constricting tissues, and drying lesions. This multi-drug approach ensures comprehensive coverage against inflammation and common co-existing infections.
