The synergistic action of BONTAB is centered on bone homeostasis. Vitamin D3 is crucial as it enhances the absorption of Calcium and Phosphorus from the intestinal tract. Once absorbed, Calcium and Phosphorus combine in a 1.3 : 1 ratio to form Hydroxyapatite crystals, the primary matrix of bone tissue, promoting mineralization and skeletal strength. Magnesium acts as a cofactor for several enzymes involved in bone and cartilage metabolism, supporting overall bone density and structure.
