Alkaline disinfectant- Foaming Action
High-Performance Alkaline Disinfectant and Heavy-Duty Cleaner
Disinfectant
Poultry & Swine
Liquid

Composition

Each 1 L contains
2-(2 butoxyethoxy ethanol): 5-15%
Sodium hydroxide: 5-15%
Sodium cocopropylenediamine propionate: 1-5%
Sodium (C14-16) Olefin Sulfonate: 1-5%

Indications

Heavy-Duty Cleaning & Disinfection: Ideal for terminal cleaning (houses, floors, walls) after depopulation, effectively dissolving fat, grease, and protein.
Equipment Cleaning: Sanitization of plastic and metal equipment, cages, and hatchery surfaces.
Routine Hygiene: General farm surface cleaning and disinfection.

Mechanism of Action

SAFETOL works through Alkaline (NaOH) and Surfactant Synergy:
Alkaline Action: NaOH causes saponification/hydrolysis, dissolving fats/proteins and removing the bioburden shield.
Detergency: Surfactants provide wetting/emulsifying power for deep penetration.
Disinfection: The Amphoteric agent disrupts microbial cell membranes (especially bacteria/yeast).
This combined action ensures maximum germicidal efficacy after essential surface preparation.

Benefits

Exceptional Cleaning Power: Rapidly dissolves heavy organic soiling, fat, and protein.
Dual-Purpose: Acts as a powerful cleaner and disinfectant.
Broad Activity: Effective against bacteria, yeast, and moulds.
Fast-Acting: High alkalinity ensures quick dirt breakdown and rapid germicidal action.
Versatile: Suitable for foaming, spraying, and manual use.

Usage & Recommendation

Apply SAFETOL at a dilution rate of 0.5 - 2% to all surfaces and equipment with a foam lance with cold water. Allow a contact time of 30 - 60 minutes the rinse with clean water at high or low pressure.
